New Construction in the Atlanta Area

The Atlanta area has a great variety of new golf communities being built in about every direction from downtown.  There are new homes being built from the $150's to the millions.  You will have choices in both private and semi-private golf communities.  The key is finding the right community for you!

Do you need a Buyer's Agent when you're building a home?  Absolutely!  The subdivision agent represents the Builder, not you.  If, heaven forbid, there were problems or issues with the construction, you want an agent that is representing your interest.  Builders do not want to have a bad reputation with real estate agents, especially a company like Atlanta Communities.  We have a great relationship with a majority of the quality home builders and developers.
