Best Financing
Mortgage Information
Mortgage lenders are the source of money you likely need to buy a new home or re-finance your current one. There are many, many advertisements and online sources for new mortgages, but my best experiences have come from local lenders that live and work in the community you buy in.
The experienced professionals below will be glad to get you a pre-approval for a loan even before you start your home search process. Pre-approval is good for you in several ways; first it tells you what price home you can qualify for and second, when you find a home we can tell the seller or their agent that you’re pre-approved and will have no problems obtaining financing which makes you (and your offer) look better to them.
Even if you’re not in Atlanta the pre-approval process can be done by phone, email, or fax before you get here. It’s a step I endorse wholeheartedly.
Here are two great choices that would be glad to talk with you before we start our home search and get your pre-approved, no costs, and no obligation. When you find the right home and we put it under contract, what I recommend is to get at least two good faith estimates from different lenders to compare interest rates and closing cost.
