This is a beautiful time of year here in Atlanta. We are coming out of winter, and the trees are starting to bloom. The golf courses are all looking great, and of course The Masters will be here next week! The housing market is still somewhat soft here in Atlanta. It's a great time to be a Buyer, not so great to be a Seller! Atlanta doesn't have the drastic ups in downs in home values like you see in other parts of the country. New construction has slowed down quite a bit here, and for the first time I'm seeing prices fall for new homes. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions.
